何をやるのか

We mainly provide customer service to customers who visit our Tokyu Plaza Omotesando Harajuku and Asakusabashi main stores, as well as responding to inquiries by e-mail and telephone.
Our mission is to convey the appeal of CRAFSTO.

CRAFSTO is a general fashion brand that offers items that transcend gender, age, and time. The brand focuses on leather items, and has recently started selling an apparel line using sustainable materials. While our main sales come from e-commerce sales, we also have a workshop attached to our main store, where customers can directly check the details of our products and the texture of the leather.

■Handling customers who come to the store
At the Tokyu Plaza Omotesando Harajuku store, you will serve new customers.
At the Asakusabashi store, we have introduced an appointment system, and 40-50% of customers come to the store after making an appointment. Many customers indicate the products they would like to check when making an appointment, allowing us to guide them smoothly on the day of their visit.

◎The proximity to each department is also a feature.
Because this is a new brand that was just released in July 2020, our policy is for store staff to work together with marketing, development, manufacturing, and other departments beyond the boundaries of their job titles. We look forward to working with you to grow the brand.

CRAFSTO, which offers sustainable items that take people and the environment into consideration, started with leather goods in July 2020 and launched a new apparel line in November 2022. Thanks to its reputation for gender-neutral designs that are ageless and gender-neutral, as well as items that are made of materials that people will want to use for a long time, the business has been going well.
